Why Ei Consultant help EiDictionary project

Why us / Ei in Consulting and especially in EI or eGovernance India
– CONSULTING FOR THE PEOPLE
1. No MNC or national firms understands or try to assimilate local traditional concepts of Governance in their solution. Disjointed strategy without understanding the local governance needs and imperatives.
2. Traditional, indigenous or tribal system of governance or administration are ignored or given less importance; sometimes not considered in the scheme/ framework of egov though citizens are under local traditional system of administration. E.g. of local Rangbang snong who issue NOC for business or police verification is not integrated with Egov solution presented for the Departments.

Local talents/MBAs to assess their role in egov/ consulting in urban and rural development to realize the goal of their communities to which they belong. It’s an opportunity for good NE young and seasoned professionals to return home and continue in their career while contributing to their society improvement/ developmental paradigm shift.

Its not money driven consulting service, it is client’s requirement and the general public good that is the guiding principle for any business transaction

When local talents design e Gov program they may not lose sight of the biggest impediment to progress and their efforts and plans designed is expected to be directed towards reducing insurgency

Sense of belongingness and better buy-in from local populace for whom eGov is designed.

Who are We?

Ei TECH Knowlogies – Tribal and NE indigenous technologies have been rendered obsolete n replaced by western technologies, my childhood I have seen water mills which were used for grinding mills – green energy and effective recycling non consuming power g technologies is lost into oblivion since we rea swept by western tech blindly.
Time to conserve and rediscover old tribal tech to a better usable green technology

All tribal tech are green which can solve many of our problem of pollution today
Kangtalai in shillong is feasible in some routes
Nothymai to PB on no fuel n no pollution.n improved concept and design

Chang vai or hunting in tribal parlance
Target setting/ goal setting
Sa kap
Chnagvai in ong lai um lou – exam or plan cannot have gaps that’s where we fail
Division of role an responsibilities and team work under neath
chnagvai and chngpang – workers who work towards getting goals achieved and Managers decision is critical in making those dreams come true

time precision and speed / practice are and ingrained part of their jilkung training but we shove all that concept through the window and forced western principles. Perhaps buy sell is the only concept alien to them since each man was supposed to make his own basket, make his own gun and all household requirement as per Kuki standard male upbringing. He has to be a good hunter and a great handicraft man when he has to make an equipment for his wife handloom or woven clothes preparation.

Return to the Basics to make amends or remedy these societies, - use your already existing base of knowledge and improve upon the system to make it relevant to the present Z generation.
